Robotic inspection, engineered as a complete system.

A Rainbow Robotics RBQ-10 with an inspection payload and software, integrated and supported by White Sky.

The hardware

The inspection head and LiDAR lift off. The robot stays as Rainbow builds it.

  • PTZ inspection headVisual inspection of equipment and site conditions.
  • Livox Mid-3603D sensing for mapping and navigation.
  • RBQ-10 platformThe mobile base carrying the mission equipment.

The software

What the system does once commissioned on site.

  • Autonomous navigationMaps the site once, then walks its routes on its own.
  • Scheduled missionsRoutes run on a schedule or on demand, day and night.
  • Readings at every stopEach gauge, valve and panel is read the same way every round.
  • Review before actionReadings outside their range go to an operator to confirm.
  • Synchronised with site systemsFindings pass to the site’s maintenance systems as work orders.

What White Sky does

One integrator, from specification to support on site.

  • Hardware sourcingThe robot, payload and spares, from the manufacturers.
  • Payload integrationMounting, power and data for the mission equipment.
  • Software configurationMissions, inspection points and handoff to site systems.
  • CommissioningSite setup, acceptance and operator training.
  • Ongoing supportMaintenance, updates and help when it is needed.

Our robots

Robots from Rainbow Robotics, Unitree, AGIBOT and KoniaTech, supplied, integrated and supported by White Sky.
